Cancellation policy for private tours

Exceptional circumstances

If Nicolas must cancel the tour, you will receive a full refund. If exceptional circumstances make the tour impossible to operate — for example a typhoon, major transport suspension, compulsory closure or natural disaster — you will be offered either a change of date or a full refund.

Mount Fuji & weather

Mount Fuji visibility depends on weather conditions and can never be guaranteed. Poor visibility, clouds or the inability to see Mount Fuji are not grounds for a refund.

Optional third-party reservations

Optional reservations made specifically for you, including private sofa seating, meals, matcha and wagashi experiences or other third-party services, may be subject to their provider’s own cancellation terms. Any non-refundable costs already incurred for these reservations remain payable by the client.
